[SOLVED] Converting MBR drive to GPT

So, I have an SSD (my boot drive) that is in MBR and a HDD that is also MBR.
If I use MBR2GPT.exe to convert my MBR SSD to GPT, will windows have trouble detecting the HDD? Do I also need to convert the HDD to GPT?
I have done the necessary research and I do have UEFI boot options/Secure Boot on my BIOS.
I am doing this because I need to disable SCM in order to enable Secure boot and that causes the drives to not be seen as a "bootable drive"

Sadly it's not possible for me to backup any data as I don't have anywhere to back it up to. The data on my HDD don't really matter as it's mostly games, however my SSD contains my windows installation and most of my apps.

I have went through with the process, converted my boot SSD to GPT using mbr2gpt.exe. The HDD works just fine, it appears that only the System Drive needed to be converted to GPT and any other drive can still be used as MBR even in UEFI without CSM enabled.
