Hi all. I am going to be building a new pc in a couple of weeks. I have seen 2 coolers that seem to be good. I cant decide between the two. Which one would you recommend?

Be Quiet! Pure Rock CPU Cooler

Or

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler

I don't plan to overclock, so I shouldn't need anything too extreme.
Also, what kind of temps would I be looking at on average?
Any help would be appriciated.
Thanks :)

Solution
If you do not plan to overclock, you could save yourself $100 or more by going with the non-K CPU, a h170 motherboard and using the stock HSF.

The temperature you will get will depend heavily on your motherboard's CPU fan profile. If you set your fan profile to run at full speed, you will see your CPU somewhere in the 50-60C range while under full load. If you set the fan profile to quiet, you might see the CPU temperature rise to 70-80C.

Unmatched Compatibility
Zero RAM Interference

Focusing on providing the widest range of
compatibility, the H7 utilizes an asymmetric slanted
heatpipe layout to move the heatsink away from the
RAM zone, Offering optimal compatibility for RAM
with tall heat spreaders on both Intel 115X and
AMD platforms.

Both these guys gave you great advice. Though even if you don't overclock, that 6700K it does run faster out of the box. If that's worth the price increase of the CPU itself and an aftermarket cooler (which you have to get, K processors don't include stock coolers anymore) is up to you.

As far as a budget cooler Blackbird's got it. The days of the 212Evo dominating the budget cooler market are / should be over. That's solid advice.
