Cooler Master HAF XM Fan Setup

So the 2 fans from Corsair on the side panel have voltage reductors, so they spin at 700rpm I think (originally 1150rpm) should I remove those and I should be good? Or should I just remove one top 200mm fan from pulling out? Because I want a really good airflow, without any fans being suffocated.

It should be fine as it is.
It depends on what you want: silence or cooling performance. Those voltage reducers are mainly for reducing noise.

I basically want 50:50 so.. I'm a bit worried that I push too much strain on H80i fans.. That I have too much pulling out..

If your motherboard has variable speed on any of the fan headers, you could eliminate the low noise adaptors and just have your case fans increase in speed as cpu heat increases. That's the best of both worlds. Super quiet in normal use, max cooling under load.
