Hey guys, I've been thinking about replacing the heat sink fans on my heat sink. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to properly get them to stay on the heat sink though.

These are the fans I am thinking about getting:

Corsair Air Series SP120 (CO-9050014-WW) 120mm PWM High Performance Edition High Static Pressure Fan (Twin Pack)

This is the heat sink I have with the stock fan:

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120 mm PWM Fan

Thanks for any ideas! Also sorry if this is in the wrong forum area.

The bracket holding on the current fan should detach and be reusable. Cooler Master had a couple different brackets for the Hyper 212 series; a wire clip that just hooks onto the fan and heatsink, and 2 plastic brackets that attach to the fan with screws into the frame. In fact, your heatsink probably came with an extra clip to attach a second fan.
