I wouldn't really trust either of the PSUs you listed for the long term.

I'd guess 5k in Indian Rupees. If its 5k USD, go for something much much better.

If your budget is limited to 5k INR, your ONLY good choice is a Corsair CX 4/550w according to PC partpicker.

Its not the brand, its the model. Cooler Master and Corsair have models ranging from bad to very good.

The MWE 80+ white models are not good quality.
The Corsair VS line is very budget-oriented. Not horrible, but not very good either.

Within your budget, there are the Corsair CX450 and CX550 which are both much better PSUs than the Corsair VS or Cooler Master MWE White. I strongly advise going for those models. The last component to cheap out on in a PC is the PSU.

Can i buy corsair vs 550 watt white?

I wouldn't suggest it. It could work, but the Corsair CX450 is much better designed and well below the maximum of your rated budget.
But cx has 3 years warranty and cm mwe has 5 years. And why are you not recommended mwe? I mean mwe can damage my pc components or not right voltage they provide?
Btw, thank you sir for fast response ☺️

The CX models I linked have a 5-year warranty. Corsair CXM models also share the 5-year warranty (Its printed on the box of my CX550M. You can see the warranty listed here.
Do not confuse the grey label CX with the much inferior older Green label CXM which did come with a 3-year warranty. These models are older and very prone to failure.

A low-quality PSU can indeed damage your computer in many ways, especially if they completely fail.

Is Corsair CV550 is better than CX550? Because i cannot find Corsair CX550 on amazon, it only shows vs550 and cv550. As you said earlier vs550 is not a very good model. Please suggest me a 550w psu
