Hi.
I just bought me a Cooler Master nepton 280l liquid cooler, and I'm experiencing some weird noises coming out of the pump.
It sounds like one of those old platter drives under load (and for the record, I only have SSDs so it couldn't be it). Just some weird, clicking noises.
I know it's the pump because I unplugged it real quick, just to see if it's it, and sure enough the clicks went away.

What could be the reason for that? Is this a faulty product? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Thanks

Solution
I'd say it's faulty.

What i'd do is contact Cooler Master and ask for an RMA.(return merchandise authorization)

Send it to cooler master, and if they identify that something is wrong with the product, they'll give you a new one to replace it.
