I have the T95 Max Plus TV BOX and it measures 10 cm length x 10 cm width What is the ideal size of cooling fan to obtain the best exhaustion by reducing the temperature of the TV BOX ?

Mt first thought was the fan should be about the size of the box. BUT the photo seems to show that many of the "slots" on the back are NOT open - they are just decoration. So what is the size of the OPEN slot area?

I don't know what this TV box is like internally, I don't think about opening mine because it could damage the plastic, it doesn't use screws

All of these boxed are pretty much exactly the same inside, just type t95 box pcb in google images and you will see how it looks.
They have a thermal pad and a heatsink on the main chip and the only way to help cooling would be to get air flow over that heatsink in the same direction as the fins of the heatsink. In other words you will have to open it up to do that but even then there is no fan that will fit in there to blow air exactly where you want it.

(Also don't show your MAC to random people on the internet)

I wouldn't like to open it, many people use the cooler below as an exhaust fan and reduce the temperature I'm looking for the best one without opening it and I don't know if I use a 120mm, 92mm, 80mm cooler which is the best option to maximize cooling as an exhaust fan?

If you put a fan below the tvbox you would have to make a contraption to keep the fan a good distance away from the surface so that it can blow air away without it causing any backdraft.
Or you would have to use the unit lying on its side.
The size of the cooler doesn't really matter for the amount of cooling, smaller coolers will have to run faster than larger coolers making them louder so bigger a fan is better from that perspective.

I bought an 80mm usb hydraulic cooler for exhaustion mode only after I saw that they sold the 120mm usb cooler did I buy the wrong cooler? If I buy the 120mm one, will the cooling exhaust be greater on the T95 Max Plus TVbox? the t95 max plus has a length and width of 10cm, the 8cm cooler is smaller so the cooling will not be good?

The 8cm cooler has 4 plastic feet. The TV box touches the top of the cooler and the bottom of the cooler has 4 plastic feet. Is it possible to obtain the same exhaust cooling capacity from a smaller 80x80x25 mm (8cm) x 120mm usb cooler?

Since you have no contact to any actual chips this is completely irrelevant.
The coolers will just try to suck air out of the case through the very small openings the case has.
In the first pic it seems like there is a pretty big border of solid plastic so if that's 1cm on each side then you are at 8cm of openings anyway.

Again, this depends on how fast they are spinning, if the smaller fan spins faster it could have the same cooling as the bigger one.

What determines the rotation speed of the USB fan is the bearing? on aliexpress it says that my 120mm fan is dual ball but on the label it is SXDOOL Model: 12025L05R DC 5V 0.2A 1200RPM DC BRUSHLESS FAN x the 80mm fan that I bought on aliexpress it says that the bearing is hydraulic 2500rpm but I don't know if it's true

The T95 Max Plus is 10cm wide and long, the air openings have a space of 1cm on each side, the difficult thing will be to position the cooler directly in the middle of the TV box, the cooler is 8cm

Is it a myth or a truth that a 120mm 12v fan adapted for USB will spin less than a fan made using USB?

In your opinion, will the cooling and exhaust of the T95 Max Plus 10cm long, wide TVbox be good or not with an 8cm (80x80x25mm) USB cooler?

I don't think any cooler will help at all because there is no way for any fresh air to get into the case and you need air flow over the heat sink.
That being said if the 8cm cooler is really 2500rpm it should move a decent amount of air.

There are videos of people who used the cooler on this TV box and reduced the temperature by more than 10 degrees
But I doubt if 8cm of fan as an exhaust fan is enough for this TVbox

I pressed the center of the fan on the side opposite the sticker with my finger and I heard a click then I plugged the fan into the USB port and it is working spin
Will this type of problem return with constant use of the fan?

1) Which TVbox USB cooler has better cooling and better exhaust, larger than 120mm 1200rpm x smaller than 80mm 2500rpm? for tvbox T95 max plus

2) If the TVbox is 10cm wide and 10cm long, will an 80mm cooler be efficient or not? I will post a photo of the air outlet of the t95 max plus
