Yo, im in the making of a rackmounted server. I am using s Supermicro SC826 and I was wondering a little about the cooling.
So I have switched the 3 original 7000rpm fans for 3 noctua 2200rpm.
The motherboard and cpu are Supermicro x10SRH-CLN4F with a Xeon E5-2650 V4. It has a SNK-P0048PS with a zip tied 60mm noctua fan.

Will the Noctua fans be able to pull air through the HDD bays and cool the rest of the system without a problem? If not am I considering putting 3 Noctua IPPC fans on low noise adapter on the rack door.
I am living in a apartment with my girlfriend, so all the noise I can get rid of is a plus.

You might want to mention the model for all Noctua fans used since they have a number of variants in their portfolio.

You might want to pay attention to the CFM and static pressure of the fans before dropping them into a server. In fact you should be looking at high static pressure high RPM fans to assist in the airflow in a rack mount server chassis.
