Hi I am building a new pc and would like to oc the i9 9900k to 5 GHz. The problem is that I have a case that can only go up to 280mm aio and can’t fit in a 360mm aio. I could try to squeeze in a water cooling kit for more money. Currently I am thinking of buying the kraken x62 will that be enough to keep my cpu at safe temps when overclocked to 5GHz.
Thanks

Solution
9900k to 5ghz and you going with AIO.. really ?
AIO are for small case where you cant fit a good air cooler and want little, little little over clocking.

-get a bigger Case and custom water cooling you got a 9900K for god sake XD

-you can get to 5ghz with AIO but getting to 5ghz, running a test bench there is one thing and staying there and being able to use that speed for extended period of time is different.
