Question Coolmoon PA1 RGB Controller - - - needing to replug ARGB for it to work?

Hi everyone,

I built my new PC yesterday, but I've encountered a problem.
I bought the Coolmoon PA1 controller to manage my fan's lighting. I have a cable connected to the ARGB of 3 fans (plus the AIO pump lighting), and that cable is connected to the controller. Additionally, I have a fan connected directly to the controller. Every time I turn the PC on, only one fan and the pump light turn on (the fan that is turned on differs), and the fan connected directly never turns on. However, when I unplug and replug both cables into the controller, everything starts working and continues to work until I turn off the PC.
I've checked every connection, and everything seems to be well connected.
The Coolmoon PA1 controller is connected to my motherboard via an ARGB cable (so that the motherboard can control the lighting).
This issue only happens when I turn the PC on, it doesn't happen when I restart the PC.

Any idea of what could be causing this issue?

Just to clarify, I'm only using the controller to control the ARGB of the fans, no PWM cable is connected to the controller.

Thanks for the help!
