COPYING files on a FAT usB STICK TO A ntfs hard drive. Will this work

I have my passwords on a USB stick for security but want to make an extra copy on to
my ordinary backup hard drive. I notice the USB stick is set up for FAT but the hard drive for NTFS. Will this cause problems accessing the passwords should I need to ? nb password file has a password that isn`t recorded !

Yes. It will work.
I do the same thing with all my passwords.

Yes it will work no problem. If you need to save files larger than 4gb on your USB drive, you will have to format it to NTFS though.
