Copying storage from Seagate to WD

Hello,
I wanted to know how I could move my whole system from a Seagate 1tb barracuda to a WD 1tb black with a program? I've beard of programs like Seagate have to move it from one to another but how could I move it cross platform?

A hard drive is a hard drive is a hard drive. If you're just moving data, you do not need any type of special program. Just copy and paste. If you're moving installed programs, then yes. You would need a cloning program to do that. I've used EaseUS ToDo software to do that.
