well i think im going with the Fatal1ty F-I90HD Motherboard
it has DDR 800 and supports the C2D. says 16GB max on RAM but else ware it says 8gb. 1000Mbps ethernet, never experienced it XD. Probably not a big deal but still. and HDMI which i wont use. But its there so thats something. I also found another awesoem board but it uses Dual 12v. it had Optical out on it though.
