You would be better to get an ATX form-factor motherboard, and throw it into a cheap $25-$40 case, because mATX is really limiting your options here. If you want to overclock, that is your best option, otherwise get a mATX motherboard, and forget any decent overclocking. GLwell im in a pickle here. My PSU that i bought a month ago 580W does not have a PCIe connecter. But it works with AGP, however it seems that AGP is no longer being developed. 🙁
That looks like probably your best bet, and Gigabyte makes good boards. It's not AGP though. GLok good, as long as AGP is being developed for nvidia im good 8)
