my core 2 duo e7300 is at 100% in games with my gt 630 on 1440x900,is that normal and can i upgrade my gpu to hd 6670 without getting bottleneck on that res?
you are already bottlenecking with that cpu.its the cpu that needs to be upgraded first.now this all depends on what motherboard ram etc you have.this is an older system so dont be surprised if there is not a lot of choice for upgrades.
Aldan is right. You're approaching or have past the end of your systems modern gaming life. That's not to say its useless. It would make a nice HTPC or server.
You'll likely be able to reuse a few components but a new MB, CPU and RAM is the way to go.

realy, but my gpu usage is also on gt 630,i have gigabyte gap35ds3l and 4gb ram?? will i see any boost in games if upgrade to a hd 6670??
it might work better with your present card but not with the upgraded gpu you are talking about.when i say it might work better i still dont think you will get the boost you are looking for.
If you can get the C2D super cheap then why not. Before you make your purchase evaluate what the C2D costs vs a more modern CPUs performance at that price point. I suspect you could get an A series & MB for less than the C2D and have better performance for gaming and compute.

i asked on another forum and one guy sad that he has c2d e7300 and hd 7750 and there is no bottleneck on 1440x900
