Core 2 quad qx6850

Hi community.
What are the normal temperatures of core 2 quad qx6850.At stock 3GHz. my friend gets 64 celsius under full load is that good?And can he overclock it to about 3,4GHz and still have good temperatures.The cooler is Arctic freezer rev 2.

Temperatures are a variable depending on the setup. That temperature is completely fine. I stop at around 75C when overclocking, personally.
