I am curious of these two monitors also, but I can't find any reviews of them...they use the same screen, except one has an additional dvi and tvtuner with it. The stats for the screen are 400:1 contrast, 250 brightness, 25ms response. Not bad specs, but alas, no info on it.

Yeah, they are, but how often do you watch your screen at a 60 degree angle...but if this also affects viewing it head on, then I can see your point.

It will affect it viewing head on. Think of it as your head is staring at the center of teh screen. Now the at what angl is it from the outmost points? That is why that viewing angle is too small.....150/140 degrees on the TFT7020 is even kinda annoying.

Then Cornea should stick to making 14" screens ;). But I still think your alienating many users who have tunnel vision and might find this display very attractive...I have an uncle who's green-red color blind. If they could find out who all these people are and market to them, they could make displays cheaper by cutting out colors and save much money, many greenbacks (or er, redbacks).

Custom tailored LCD's would cost a lot. Damn, I keep looking at the Sony LCD's, cause they just look so hot! The S81! Damn! I do hope they incorporate FFD into their flat panels.
