I recently purchased a new PC and took a look at the liquid cooling. I am unsure if it is connected correctly or not.

My new PC mother board is the Asus Prime Z370-P II. And the liquid cooling that is installed is the Corsair H45 Liquid CPU Cooler.
I noticed the wire for the liquid cooling is connected to the CPU Header instead of the AIO_Pump Header located just under the CPU Header. As for the Fan that is mounted on the radiator, that is connected to another 4 pin socket located just above the GPU.

Logic tells me that the fan should be connected in the CPU Header and the liquid wire should be connected to the AIO_Pump Header.
