Correct Version?

I am a system builder as a hobby.

I am building a 4th pc. I purchased this sale item from Newegg.

I have 3 copies of OEM Windows on 3 different pcs. Is this version/sale item only good to upgrade pcs? Can I upgrade my OEM Windows with this retail upgrade?
Or is this both an upgrade and retail Windows with 3 installs? In other words, can I upgrade my 3 versions of Windows with this product, or can I use it to install on pcs 4, 5 , 6 if I want? Or can I do either or.

You can use it to upgrade your OEM machines.

Legally you can’t use it on new build systems, since its upgrade version. (but technically is possible )
