Hey, i have question about Ram memory i got, so curently i have this kit(in title) in my AMD setup asrock b450 steel legend, ryzen 3, recently friend gave mi his old, intel i5 10400 on h410 m s2h v3 mobo. What i wanted to do is just Put my ram memory on that mobo, so my question is will this ram work in full frequency of 3200mhz because i heard i5 10400 is only supporting max 2666, Dont know much about pc so i would like if someone could explain me a little bit. Thanks and sorry for bad english its not really my native language.

From the link above, the mobo supports DDR4 2666/2400/2133 MHz memory modules, while a quick check with intel shows 2666 for the i5 10400.

HOWEVER!

The 3200 on your set of ram indicates the XMP speed, which is technically an overclock. If you plug the sticks in without then enabling XMP from your BIOS, their speed will be one of the above. Probably 2133 MHz. Meaning it is one of the supported memory modules. Stick 'em in, enable XMP, and you're good to go.
