Corsair 760t power button not working

I just finished my rig and the only way to turn it on is throughout the psu, all of the case pins are plugged in correctly and the button lights up, but does not turn my system off, need help

Check you wiring again. Also the case button may be defective.

I had a brand new one that had a bad power switch. Called them and they got me to jumper the power and indeed the switch was bad. They are sending me a new one tho. Great customer service from them. Must be a bad design for that switch
