Yes, get the corsair one. Cooler master power supplies are very eh.
But please upgrade your RAM and CPU... seeing those paired with a 1650 super makes me cringe as there's almost a certain bottleneck there

I am planning for an upgrade with ryzen 5 and 16gb ram. Do you think the 450w will be enough ?

Should be fine as long as you don’t overclock as three 1650 super doesn’t use a lot of power. I’d still go with a 500-550w one with better quality than that cooler master in case of upgrading.

The CX easily.

450W would work with your build, but if there's any chance you'll get a GPU that uses more power, you ought to spend a little more for the CX 550. It's better than having to buy a whole new power supply when you make such an upgrade.

Maybe something like an EVGA 500 GD or 600 GD would be great. They’re a bit more expensive but something like the 600 GD is gonna provide plenty of upgrade room and it has a 5 year warranty, it’s also 80+ gold

I would not buy a MWE bronze 550w is the CX450 or CX550 are in budget. CoolerMaster PSUs in general are medeocre at best.

As everyone has said, the CX 550 is definitely going to be better. Corsair makes pretty good power supplies.

I bought the cx550 but it is not connecting to my MB because it have a 8 pin cpu cable and mine have only 4 port.

The 8 pin connector splits in half. It's a 4+4 pin connector so it's compatible with 4 pin and 8 pin motherboards.
