Question Corsair gmaing mouse, Numpad not working on PC

I have a Corsair scimitar pro gaming mouse and the num pad on the side will not work, I plugged it into my surface book and it worked fine. I looked everywhere in settings as well as ICUE. All my drivers are up to date, and I've tried all USB ports on my PC. For some reason the numpad is not found on my PC, Any suggestions would be great! Thanks
