[SOLVED] Corsair H100i RGB Platinum not detected

Hi,

I'm currently trying to get my computer to "see" my Corsair AIO. I've tried to change the AIO USB position on my motherboard (now connected directly to my commander pro). I can't seem to see the device on either my device manager or ICUE. I've also updated my bios to the latest version with no luck.
Motherboard - ROG STRIX Z490-F.

Anyone got any ideas to fix this? This means that I am not able to alter the aio fan settings or the RGB for that device. Weirdly, everything else is being picked up fine by ICUE (motherboard, ram, gpu & commander pro). ICUE has also been uninstalled/updated etc with no luck.

you should contact Corsair.

there's a good chance that starting over with a fresh OS install,
loading latest motherboard & chipset drivers,
and then doing a fresh install of iCUE with all devices attached
would fix the issue though.

i had similar issue with a set of their crappy RGB fans and their Lighting Node.
took quite a few restarts to make contact with iCUE and would constantly lose contact and default to static speed & rainbow modes.
only a fresh install as mentioned above fixed the issue.
