Corsair H100i V2 doesnt show up in link

Hi
When i try and go through these steps HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\USB\VID_1B1C&PID_0C04 i can get all the way to USB and there isnt a folder saying VID_1B1C&PID_0C04

Please HELP 🙁

Do you have the pump plugged in to the cpu fan header and the usb header?

mine did the same thing...while i had the computer on i took the usb cable on the pump and disconnected it and i heard the usb sound...i then plugged it back in and looked into the corsair link and it was now in.

every time you start your PC, go into task manager and find 'Corsair Link Hardware Monitor' it has a slightly different icon. The h100i should appear in the link.

Could you be more specific to what should we do cause the cooler doesnt show up on the program after i installed an update called SIV from gigabyte APP center

I had this same problem. While this solution didn't work. I was able to fix it by:
Open "Device Manager"
Expand "Universal Serial Bus Controllers"
Right click on "Corsair USBXp Driver" and select "Enable".
Fixed.
