Question Corsair H115i Elite - Bricked - someone around with this cooler?

Corsair H115i Elite is not detected in iCue 5.5.134. Also I get an error when booting stating that the CPU fan speed detection error!

Tried older iCue version including legacy. Legacy was the only one that made the cooler visible in both device manager and other devices settings but not in iCue. Now on latest version keep getting this beeping sound or connecting a new device.

Some software/firmware update for the cooler might have been interrupted at some point.

I found a video explaining how to reinstall using some .hex file but since I already reinstalled windows I can't find that file on my storage. Is there anyone around with this cooler ? Corsair H115i Elite and eager to share the .hex file ?

No need for full specs since it's only related to the cooler.

H115i_PRO_XT_V1.1. 32.hex
Example of how the hex file should be named but I don't know if was renamed or not. Don't know the path but a search on C: for hex should do the trick (anything related to Corsair, should be only one)
Might be C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Local\Temp

The hex file from a working unit should fix mine also after installing it using the tutorial from the video added to the topic

So if there is anyone with Corsair H115i Elite just leave a reply and let s get in contact.

Specs are important.

And although it is possible that the hex file from a working unit may fix yours that would be good fortune indeed.

However, that said, even if the hex file works something else (hardware, software, firmware, configuration) may simply brick it again. For better or worse.

No harm in providing the system specs. Someone may spot some immediate issue or some error of omission or commission.

Late thought/question: Did you try contacting the YT video source (Quantum AI Tech?) for the hex file?

The reason for bricking it was some sensors reading apps like HWinfo interfering with the firmware update. Canceling auto updates and doing them manually in safe mode or with all other app closed should prevent this from happening again

No I didn't try to contact the yt videosource since I need the firmware for my unit model. Already try with firmware from other model.
