Corsair Scimitar Pro Freezing

Hello, I have a Corsair Scimitar Pro mouse, and (excuse my language), but it's absolute shit. My Corsair Scimitar Pro disconnects from my computer, the RGB lights reset, it makes the USB disconnect sound, and it completely freezes my mouse and I cannot use it all. Sometimes I have to get up and unplug/plug in my mouse so that it will work. I really don't want to throw this mouse away but I am thinking about it. I have never had such a terrible mouse and I'm thinking about buying a Logitech 🙂

I have updated all of the firmware, used the updated iCUE 2.0 software,and everything else you can think of. If you can help me in anyway, please do, because I'm tired of this mouse and I'm about to leave a bad review. ):

Did you try different USB ports? If you did,maybe update your motherboards drivers.. ALL of them. If that doesnt work then maybe you got a faulty mouse because that shouldnt happen.

I think it is my mouse or something, I guess I will have to buy a new mouse.

First contact Corsair and see what's up. Maybe they will send you a new one, if problem persists then buy a new one. I myself have a Razer Deathadder Tournament Edition, its quite good.

My experience with them and NZXT is quite good. NZXT sent me a new panel immediately. And Corsair sent a new headset to my mate. So I guess you will also be fortunate
