Is the Corsair SF450 platinum sufficient enough for estimated 379 watts in my system, or should I look for something else? The SF600 plat is a bit out of my price range.

Current system, that I'm looking to downsize in case, thus I need a new PSU..

Solution
You're going to need a 600W PSU, meaning that the SF600 is your only possible purchase from those two PSU's listed in your thread. You don't necessarily need an SFX PSU for that chassis, you can deal with an ATX psu for that chassis. If anything, you could pick up a 650W Gold rated PSU made by Seasonic.

That's what I thought. I'd be cutting it way too close. I'm going to be downsizing to a case such as the Lian Li tu150, or the Fractal node 304. I've looked far and wide, and the smallest case I can find so far that my PSU will fit is the TT core v1.
I think I would look at the Seasonic SGX 650 gold then. My current EVGA PSU is 165mm, an oversight on my part when I originally built the above system. I'm going to repurpose the TT case and EVGA PSU for another build.
Thanks for that link, that's a really helpful chart.
