Question Corsair Vengeance 3600mhz kit only run at 2133 mhz

Hi, i have problems to set my ram at 3600mhz.

This set:

- Motherboard: B450 aorus pro wifi Bios Ver. F50 AMD AGESA 1.0.0.4 B

- CPU: Ryzen7 2700 Pinnacle Ridge

- Memory: DDR4 - 16 Gb 2x8 3600 Mhz Vengeance Rgb Pro Blanco Corsai - CMW16GX4M2C3600C18

My problem is that when pc boots, restart a feew times and then puts memory clock at 2133. So i enable xmp profile 1. But clock dosent change and keep in 2133mhz.
The Ram Kit ddr is broken?
The motherboard is broken?
Is this module a waste of money for me?
The only way to work fine is manual OverClock? i neve did that before. I can learn about that. If is the only way i will do.

Please help... every is new and stock set-up.
I do not deserve this problme!.

in gigabyte web the spects of mobo are this:
- Support for DDR4 3600(O.C.) / 3466(O.C.) / 3200(O.C.)/2933/2667/2400/2133 MHz memory modules .

So... maybe the xmp try put the clock at 3600 but need OC in mobo? the xmp dosent work for me? can the mobo puts the ram at other speed than stock 3600?

amd mobo are very picky about ram. if the memory profile don't work. try doing the manual oc or return the ram and get something in the qvl list

So.. is it safe? How can i get the supoust values that use xmp ?
