[SOLVED] Corsair Vengeance LPX vs Gskill TridentZ

I currently use the Corsair Vengeance Lpx 3200Mhz memory, I wonder if I switch it to Gskill TridentZ RGB 3600Mhz. Can I get a noticeable difference?
Using Ryzen 5 3600 for my cpu.

In terms of average fps, the increase relative to 3200 MHz is not very cool. But in some games, 0.1% rises significantly. At 3600 MHz, you can get an average of about 7% additional fps in games and from 2 to 11% performance in purely work tasks.
