Could i run Arma II with DayZ mod?

I was wondering if i could run Arma II with DayZ mod?

i only have a laptop

I have:
Intel core i5 - 2.50GHz
Intel graphics hd 4000
6gb ram
500gb hdd

When i go on system requirements lab, it says i have the recommended, its just the graphics card, is there anyway i change the graphics card or anything

You would have to replace the graphics card to play this most likely. Arma is a intensive graphics game so an intel graphics hd 4000 may not make the cut

just about, it's an APU, with a built in GPU, better than HD4000, but it's that cheap for a reason and labelled 'Ultra fast' and 'latest graphics' (which they aren't) for a reason. It's not very upgradable, the PSU is of unknown quality and adding a GPU will lead to the CPU being a bottleneck.
