What settings could I run Witcher 3 on with this spec, if at all?

Intel Core i7 4700MQ @ 2.40Ghz

Nvidia GeForce GTX 765M <-- I know this is the bottleneck, but still running it this speed.

8gb ram

1920 x 1080 60Hz

Win7 Home premium 64 bit

That is not a bad system at all, I don't think there is any game out now or will be coming out in the next year or two that you would not be able to run.

I have exact same system, only ram is 16gb, and I have pre-purchased the game, I'm sure it will run it on decreased resolution.
