Whenever I play a game like Overwatch/PUBG/CSGO, I get stutters. They aren't that bad, but if they happen at the wrong time, they can make gameplay miserable. It is just a microstutter every few seconds. Could this be caused by RAM that isn't the same that the board is spec'd for? Here is my PC from PC part picker, you will notice it has a comment about ram being higher voltage than recommended for CPU:

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/MBR7tg

"The G.Skill - Trident X 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR3-1866 Memory operating voltage of 1.6 V exceeds the Intel Haswell Refresh CPU recommended maximum of 1.5 V+5% (1.575 V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5 V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum. "

Please help I've had issues with stuttering on this computer for a long time. Never seem to get around to fixing it though.

1.6v isn't that far out of spec, could always try your luck running 1.5v or drop freq down to 1600.

Your system should be running quite well. What are your cpu temps and cpu speed like while playing/stress testing?
