I am building my very first pc, and i would like to know if the build i made is compatible and if it is, is it good.

-Corsair 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
-Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

What motherboard and that psu looks cheap for an amd setup. Get something bigger and more reliable evga.

AMD and Radeon are both very power hungry and corsair CX series PSU's are not very good, ill suggest you this one instead: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply // http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9

Also your CPU cooler has been recommed too much and that has pushed the prices up so there are better ones for same or less money out there.

Change your ram to a 2x4GB option instead of 1x8GB to use dual channel mode.

And you might want to add a motherboard in there:

Get a 750w branded psu as I have a couple of those power hungry r9 290x and believe me they can make the streetlights outside flicker.
