Hi, I'm not an expert on pc builds and this would be the first time I have done so because I need a pc for virtualization (at least 15 vms running at the same time), for AI and photo/video editing and for large file storage, I need about 10TB but with the possibility of extension to 30TB, so I also need a very very good memory write and read speed. My budget is 1400 euro (or 1,537.11 dollars).

It should be easy to build and shouldn't include screen, mouse, keyboard and operating system, but only wireless and bluetooth connectivity.
I'm not going to use it for gaming and I'm not interest in the aesthetics of the PC, only the performance.

Here Is my build so far but It's not complete.
I'm out of budget of about 300$ dollars and the memory is not even enought :(
I need help to get the right hardware because It's my first time, nothing is set in stone so feel free to swap existing parts (but for AI I need an NVIDIA GPU).
Thanks

With Intel's current issues, I personally would not buy a 13th or 14th gen. They have claimed to have fixed the problems, but it's too early to really say it is truly fixed. If you decide to go with Intel still, be sure to update your bios to the latest revision. That PSU is not sufficient for a build of this caliber. Motherboard is overpriced. You do not need a gen 5 SSD. That founders edition 4070 is overpriced too. Frankly speaking, your budget is not enough for the level of system you are truly wanting. This is more in line with your budget.

Your best option might be to find a used Threadripper workstation.
