[SOLVED] Couldn't forcibly shut down, it just freezes

I had a few problems with PC an hour ago, Kaspersky with open scanning would just stand open, also experienced many bugs then. I couldn't shut it down through Start Menu, then I try to forcibly shut it down, and the screen goes black and freezes, but it isn't shut down, as I hear the noise. I couldn't do anything, I tried forcibly shutting it down twice more, nothing. I move and spam on the mouse, nothing. What do I do?

If the computer is important for you, you bring it to a repair shop and let them try to fix it for you.

I wrote what I did because you're very non-specific in the first thread. And without more information there is little I can do without actually seeing the screen first hand.

I strongly reccomend you to read some other post to get an idea of what information is neccesary to get any further.

Hi, sorry for late reply. It turned out to be a virus. I deleted it.
