Question Countless Bsod for months and can't find the exact problem

Hello, I have been struggling with BSOD for around 6 months with no end to this problem. I have taken it to a store and they tested using memtest86 and tested my cpu/gpu and claimed my E: drive was corrupted and that was it. Turned out that fixed nothing and I am still stuck with this problem. Most BSOD mention kernal corruption but I got different ones. Also want to mention that I can't enter bios settings cause I get a black screen if i attempt to. If I do succeed, I have limited time before it freezes there.

My pc:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060
Motherboard: ASROCK X570 Phantom Gaming 4
Ram: G.Skill F4-3600 16-8GTZNC DDR4 (x2) (Slot 2 and 4 I think )
PSU: EVGA 550W Bronze

Seemed to work on the uninstall and reinstalling part but did not make a difference with Bios

I even got a black screen with 2 letters (AB) next to eachother for some odd reason

I didn't think updating chipset drivers would help the bios. But I thought it might help the BSOD.

Getting into the bios was another problem that isn't caused by a BSOD.

I wonder if its fact he is running 3600 ram at 3200

G Skill have tested this ram with board so it should work - https://www.gskill.com/product/165/326/1562840073/F4-3600C16D-16GTZNC but perhaps not at that speed.

could reset CMOS on motherboard (while PC is unplugged) as that will set ram to base speed. And might reduce freezing?

have you tried starting with bare minimum attached?
though to be fair, the only thing you could take out would be 1 stick

Asrock forums are weird, the posts go from bottom of page up. I don't find anything for this board but plenty on freezing Asrock bios.

I've had the speed changed from the default (2333??) to 3600 to 3400 to 3200 and got Bsod on every time. Funny enough yesterday I didn't experience any BSOD until I shut down my pc.

two parts of nvidia as victims of 2 crashes... i might victim blame

try running ddu in safe mdoe, uninstall nvidia drivers, log back into normal mode and get newer drivers from either

• Maker of card
• Nvidia
• Windows update - these are just older more stable nvidia drivers
