Question CPU 4+4 or just 4 pin

I have an I5 4570 processor, on the motherboard there is an input for the eight-pin power supply of the processor, do I need to insert a 4+4 or only a 4 pin connector. Thanx.

You can use only the 4-pin. It provides more than enough power for the CPU. But you should probably plug in both.

If you have 4+4 use it. If not, 4-pin only should be sufficient. If it doesn't boot, that is the reason.
