[SOLVED] cpu always over 70% even if i close all the programs and i close all cpu consumming tasks

this problem is affecting the overall performance of my laptop becuase it overheats too much that hw monitor goes crazy and when i play a video on youtube the usage goes to the moon and the vide playback freezed but the sound continues, any help?, my cpu is behind this message.

Probably a lot of extra garbage installed on your notebook (not saying you installed them).

Well if you been runing the Notebook since 2014, it may be a good idea to backup all your personal files and data, and start by making a clean install of Windows 10 (thats if you know how to do it).
