Question Cpu and dram debug light turn on when booting (booting take very long)

I recently built a PC, everything works properly, but when I start the PC, the CPU and DRAM debug lights come on, it takes about 2 minutes before they go out and only then Windows starts (everything else works normally on the PC after this) Can someone help me fix this?
