[SOLVED] CPU AND GPU NOT GOING ABOVE 50%

The cpu and gpu neither run above 50% whilst gaming.
I don't know why this is happening.
My power supply is the Corsair RM750 Wattage

Are you gaming on one 1080p monitor? Also total cpu usage is fairly meaningless, are any individual cores hitting 100%?

i have 2 monitors but i only use the 240hz monitor for gaming indeed.
Fornite I get like 180 fps on low settings when it should be 300/400.
How do I check if a core hits 100%?

Use a program like MSIAfterburner to monitor all cpu cores.

The RAM, is it 1x16gb or 2x8gb and what speed is it?
