[SOLVED] CPU and GPU temp

Geforce RTX 2060 super
NZXT H510

CPU - When i run games at max settings it can reach up to 78 degrees with stock cooler, would you recommend getting a new cooler, it is an ability if you would recommend a new cpu cooler
GPU - Heats up to 70ish is that ok?
Case - Can someone explain to me if the pre installed fans on the case are exhaust or intake, and how to know if its pushing or pulling in air (what side), i want to keep temps down and i believe i have 2 exhaust and 2 intake

Both of those temps are within spec for the part.
Generally speaking the "frame/motor" side of the fan is the air blowing to side.

so the "ugly side" with the lining to connect it is the one blowing out?
