Question CPU and RAM LED on because of no GPU?

New PC builder here, I turned my computer on and the CPU and RAM LED's are on. I checked my CPU and it is seated properly, and same with my RAM, so I am not sure what is wrong yet. My suspicion though is that they could be on because I haven't installed my dedicated GPU yet as I was trying to check the core components first. Could this be the problem? My motherboard is the MSI B450M PRO VDH, my CPU is the AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-core processor, and my RAM is G.SKILL Ripjaws V series 32 GB. Thanks for your help!

The Ryzen 3600 doesnt have an integrated gpu so your build has no way of displaying picture.
If this issue persists when you get your gpu, seat only 1 stick of ram and see if it'll work then.

Little point in testing or forming potentially premature conclusions based on LEDs in this state until you do have a GPU, as one is required....

Okay I have now tried it with the GPU, and it still doesn't boot. I tried one stick of RAM, and no luck.
