Hey guys, so when im playing bf3 i notice my GPU usage rarely gets over ~65% but my fps hovers between 20-30, you would think the GPU usage would be 100% during gaming unless my FPS was really high, no? I am wondering if this means my CPU or something else is bottlenecking my GPU.

My specs:

its unlikely to be a bottleneck but rather just a performance issue...
chances are your running on ultra rather than mid high which is where the 560ti stands in real world performance on a multiplayer map...

if you want to know what your gpu performance is get gpu-z
you may also wanna try this... http://bf3.realmware.co.uk/settings-editor/downloads when it creates the user.cfg file open it and turn the dx11 features off for a good increase in performance for little in the way of a drop in visual quality.
