CPU causing postloop

So yesterday I built my first PC. But I have ran into a problem. My PC was stuck in a postloop. I figured out the problem this morning but I dont know how to fix it. I plugged out the 8-pin CPU header and the system stopped looping. How to I fix the CPU? I have yet to see a logo on screen or to enter the BIOS.
Specs:
Ryzen 3 1200
AsRock AB350M Mobo
8GB DDR4 RAM 2133MHz
GTX 1050 Ti
EVGA 500w PSU
1TB SeaGate Barracuda Harddrive.
Also sidenote would I be able to enter and nagivate the BIOS with a wireless keyboard off first boot?

A BIOS update should fix your issue. Try that first.
