If you talk about BEST -> it`s more personal taste and needs .....

Here's how I would approach this... First make a list of all the features you want on the motherboard (if unsure, look at a few to get ideas) once you have your list, start eliminating the one's without those features. The least expensive one that has those features is probably the one you'll want
