Question CPU Cooler Advice

It's been a while since I last upgraded and I'm looking for a new build but without any overclocking.

So far it's looking like an i7 13700 for the CPU in a MSI MAG B760.

As it looks like the stock cooler wouldn't be much use can you recommend one considering that there'll be no overclocking? Will I still need something like a NH-D15 or would it be overkill for a locked CPU?

Looking to install it in a Fractal Design Define R6.

less than $40 and will easily keep it cool. can't beat the price and it is almost as good as the $100 big coolers for less than half the price.
