cpu cooler configuration??!!

Hello, so basically i have the fractal design celsius s24 cpu cooler and i have been using it for a while without changing much in the bios..
however recently i have been hearing that if i have a water cooler i should disable the cpu Q fan control, does anyone know why we should disable it exactly?
and if i should do so what should i select instead from this list?
because as you can see there's also something else called aio pump control, should i select that one instead? i'm kind of lost so i would appreciate any help. thanks

It doesn't need to be disabled, rather just make sure the header the pump is slotted into is always at 100%.

Easiest way to do this is to go into the BIOS, press F6, select the header the pump is connected to, and select "full speed".

alright i think you mean this thing called aio pump and it was already set to 100% when i entered as i didn't change anything

But, when i was quitting the bios i got greeted with this message as if i changed some settings however i just looked them up and i havent made any changes nor pressed any key xD any idea why i would get such a message? ofcourse i've discarded all changes

I mean exactly what I mean, WHATEVER the pump is connected into, whether that is the AIO pump header or not (preferably it should be in the AIO pump header if it isn't already).
