CPU Cooler for AMD A6-3650

I'm having an AMD A6-3650 APU.It's temperatures are,around 45C idle and around 60C-62C while playing games like Assassin's Creed...I'm having the stock AMD CPU cooler.I was wondering if using Coolermaster Hyper TX3 EVO CPU cooler would help get my temperatures down.....

I recommend a Cooler Master Hyper 212 plus or EVO, they are cheap, and extremely effective.
