Cpu cooler for i5 4570 stock clock speed

Hey guys i need a new cooler for the cpu, what is the best cheap cooler that wouldn t occupy a lot of space because my case is pretty low end:Nox Vulkan, i don t want a top end cooler just a decent one, and for the record i run on internal graphics, budget under 30 dollars, max height is 160mm for the cooler

Best cooler in your price range is the Cryorig H7. It's 145mm tall so it will easily fit and it won't interfere with your memory slots either. Price is about $35 and worth every penny.

Thanks for the reply i can extend the budget to buy 212 evo, the question is it will fit in my case, my case is 180mm wide and the specs say that you can put an cpu cooler as tall as 160mm here is the link with my case: http://www.pcgarage.ro/carcase/nox/vulkan/
I can t find the cryotig in my country.

If the case can fit a 160mm cooler the Hyper 212 EVO will just fit @ 159mm. The 212 EVO is a decent alternative and will do a good job.
